The Run For Your Life podcast is available on a variety of podcasting platforms and talk though a variety of topics, all related to running.
It’s only just the beginning but I’m looking to start getting interesting guests on the podcast (not just me) so if you have any suggestions or think you’d be a good fit, then please get in touch.
Below you can stream the episodes on this website or find me on:

A running podcast with your host, Adem Djemil, who started running in his late 30s, completing Couch to 5k and going on to run marathons.
Not thin, not fast, but definitely having fun.
I imagined my first marathon would be hard for me and the thousands of other competitors, but with the support of the crowd I’d get across the finish line and be awarded my medal. WRONG!
With the UK under constantly changing Covid restrictions all races were off.
No crowds, just running along the Kent coast, from Faversham to Herne Bay and back again, with my best running buddy Ellie.
So how did it go? What went well? What did I hate? And will I do it again?
FYI: This episode was originally a video recorded in March 2021
