Hill Sprints Vlog

Today it was a hill sprints session in Canterbury and it made a change from just long runs. Running hills will build speed, strength and endurance so don’t be afraid of them and it’s great to mix things up.

This was an introductory training session so nothing too brutal but it will still have an effect and from here you can build up to bigger hills runs.
